We are a family business, run by a father and son. The chef has over 15 years in the trade, in restaurants and hotels across Cork and overseas.
We pride ourselves on serving the freshest food and use as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, from Fitzgerald Butchers, Silverpail ice cream, Moonfish and Strawhall eggs.
